Sometime is feel like i am the adult to my 3 year old and sometimes i feel like i am acting the same age as him. I suppose when you are a mom you forget who is supposed to be in control. I caught myself reacting like my son to him instead of being rational! Who is the parent! I just get tired of pushing and pushing, eat your food, put your clothes on geez come on what are you 3? oh thats right he is! Take a deep breath and try again!

Ever just want to sit in bed and knit all day? Well when the temp drops for the day that is what i would like to do, but it is already 11 and i haven’t done much knitting! All this waking up, taking care of the munchkin (he is three), exercising and checking email takes time. Maybe i should get up earlier? Uh no thanks! Maybe as the days get longer. Plenty of time to knit though. I just wake up and want to knit knit knit. I think i have some sort of addiction.

another sunday in the trenches – i mean the househunting trenches! We just moved here from another state so we know nothing about the area other than we like it! So every sunday we look at open houses to decide where to live. Kind of exciting to just pick an area. I just wish our old house would sell so we can get on with living here! Still working on my second sock of cascading leaves in str yarn. Maybe someday i will learn to to two socks at once.
